Multi-function Lathes – all of these are capable of feeding a 2” dia bar of material 12’ long and running autonomously.

1 – Muratec - twin spindle triple turret

2 – Nakamura – NTJ twin spindle twin turret (B-axis)

2 – Nakamura – WT150 twin spindle twin turret

1 – Nakamura – WT250 twin spindle twin turret – this machine is loaded by a Fanuc Robot and not a bar feed machine.  Max capacity 8” diameter

 

Conventional Lathes

6 – Hyundai – 6” diameter capacity

1 – Hwacheon – 8” diameter capacity – loaded by a Fanuc Robot

1 – Hyundai Vertical lathe – 18” diameter capacity

 

Swiss Lathes – all of these are capable of milling as well as turning and have bar feeds allowing autonomous operation

8 – 12MM machines – capable of running up to ½ dia material

6 – 20MM machines – capable of running up to ¾ dia material

1 – 32MM machine – capable of running up to 1-1/4 dia material

 

Milling Machines

2 – Fanuc Robodrill 20” X 12” table capacity

1 – Haas DT1 20 X 16

1 – Haas DM1 20 X 16

3 – Haas DM2 28 X 16

2 – Haas VF2 30 X 20 – Both of these are loaded by a Fanuc Robot

3 – Haas VF4 50 x 20

1 – Haas VF7 84 X 28

 

Grinding

1 – Toyoda OD grinder

EDM

1 – Makino wire EDM

 

ESCOMATIC - wire machines capable of running wire up to ¼ diameter

1 – D5-1 3/16 diameter wire capacity

1 – D6 ¼ diameter wire capacity
